The cupcake we've designed for them reflects comfort, finery and their soft gooey insides. Aurora Baker's Taurus cupcake is a butterscotch cupcake, flavored by the zest of butterscotch schnapps. This delicious cupcake is topped with apple cider frosting that dribbles slightly over the edge. A drizzle of butterscotch covers the tops.
Inspiration:
Tauruses are patient and constant so vanilla seemed a good flavor. It's reliable and comfortable, just like an earth sign. I wanted to work apple into the mix somehow, since apples are predominantly associated with Venus. That culminated in the creation of the apple cider frosting which is sweet, but has a nice cinnamon zest. Tauruses act tough, but they're sweethearts on the inside and butterscotch represents this, with a nice warm zip at the center of every cupcake.
