Gemini

We've moved on Taurus and now we're in the cusp of Gemini, May 21st-June 21st.

This cupcake has some zest to it. We wanted to represent these social creatures, but also capture their airy nature. A coconut cupcake provides a scintillating base for fluffy lime frosting. The cupcake is rounded out by sprinkles around the edges, margarita style.

Inspiration: A Gemini is definitely sociable and interesting. They'll keep you entertained in conversation and their minds move a million miles a second. That's why we thought they should have a fun pairing of coconut and lime. It provides all the excitement they crave without any of the burdening richness. Both flavors are light and reflective of the air sign. The coconut cupcake is fluffy and sweet, but doesn't weigh you down like the heaviness of chocolate. The lime frosting is quintessential Gemini. Not only does citrus represent their quick zing and slight tartness, but the airy frosting provides the sweetness without the intensity.
